Bob Goodman, Client Services Manager, Mid-Atlantic
Bob Goodman has been with the company since August 2011. He began as a field technician and moved up to client services manager.
Bob helps clients with any questions or concerns they may have with a product purchased from Long Home Products and ensures our field technicians are equipped for their service calls each day.
“It’s enjoyable to help the clients with their products,” Bob says. “To have a client call to thank you for getting a window or door repaired that would not lock is rewarding. Also, I love the good people that I work with every day.”
Bob spends his spare time with his grandkids. He enjoys the beach, camping or just sitting on the deck with a grilled meal, cool drink and family.
