    Robert Gay, Controller

    Robert is the LHP Controller in our Corporate Office. As Controller, Robert oversees the daily accounting operations and helps guide our strategic financial decisions, making him integral to our company’s financial health. Robert has a wealth of experience, having specialized in the construction accounting field for over 15 years. Robert says that he enjoys everyone he works with and the family atmosphere. He also loves how LHP provides the latest and greatest software and technology so that our team is best equipped to deliver the best results.
    Robert is originally from Kentucky. He earned his degree from Indiana Wesleyan University and is about to begin classes for his MBA. In his spare time, he enjoys working out, boating, spending time in Annapolis with friends and time with his two boxers, and cheering on the University of Kentucky basketball team and the Baltimore Ravens.
