Adam Silverman, Business Development
Adam enjoys working at Long because, “everyone says hello and knows your name. It’s a family atmosphere while still maintaining a professional and growth-oriented corporate environment. Everyone here supports each other, keeps a positive attitude and is mission-driven, which keeps the team aligned.” Adam graduated from University of Hartford in 2004 with a Bachelors in Marketing and Communication and completed his Masters in Real Estate from Georgetown University in 2017.
Adam is a Montgomery County native and resides there now with his wife, Katie. In his spare time he loves golf, tennis, poker and stocks. Adam says, “I am an entrepreneur at heart. I love building businesses, working with executives and real estate is my passion. In my free time, I love listening to podcasts around tech, stocks and crypto. The most important thing to me is family.”
