Jill DePaola, Executive Officer & CBO
Jill brings decades of experience to managing the financial and marketing operations of Long Home Products. Under the tutelage of her father, Long Fence® founder Robert Long, Jill and her husband, John DePaola, were encouraged to identify and develop business opportunities surrounding additional home improvement products. Juggling her responsibilities as the mother of three children, Jill played a key leadership role as Long Home Products grew to serve thousands of clients each year.
Jill served on the Board of Directors for Elizabeth Seton High School, her alma mater, for six years. She was recognized by the school as part of its Women of Character, Women of Commitment program and had a scholarship established in her name.
Jill also served 4 years on the Oncology Council and 1 year on the Mental Health Council at Anne Arundel Medical Center. She currently serves on The Luminis Health AAMC Foundation Board as both an executive committee member and chair of the development board committee. She is a co-founder, along with John and their children, of Bo’s Effort.
Jill holds a Bachelor of Science in marketing from Loyola University Maryland College and an MBA in business from the University of Baltimore.
In her free time, besides her philanthropic work, Jill enjoys playing tennis, golf, and traveling. Her most recent joy is spending time with her two grandsons, John Francis DePaola, III and Jackson and her granddog Louie.
