Kay Chaperon, Contact Center Manager
Kay joined Long’s Marketing Department in 2010. She says that the family atmosphere is what she likes most about Long Home Products: “I love that the owners actually know my name and I’m not treated like just a number!” As Contact Center Manager, she takes great pride in ensuring that our customers receive the best experience when they contact us to learn more about our products. Kay grew up in Maryland and New York and earned her Associates Degree from Howard Community College. In her spare time Kay enjoys dining, traveling, boating, painting and spending time with her teenaged son and the rest of her family.
