Nicole Metz, Insurance Claims Supervisor
Nicole joined Long Home Products’ Restoration Division mid-2018. She works with customers whose roofs were damaged by strong storms.
Nicole deals with customers as well as their insurance companies during the entire process. Nicole schedules appointments, meets with estimators, explains to customers how to understand their insurance supplement (and how the process works), completes contract paperwork and follows up during scheduling and upon completion.
When asked if she had a memorable customer experience she replied, “They are all memorable – but the best is when you can make a frustrated customer happy.”
Nicole enjoys her job and says she hopes she “bridges a communication gap between the estimators and customers.”
Nicole studied accounting at the University of Maryland. In her spare time, Nicole enjoys scrapbooking, crafts and all things DIY. Her second favorite past time is baking and cooking.
