    Rick joined LONG in 2013.  He started in the window business in 1998 – manufacturing windows – so you could say he knows them inside and out!  

    From there, Rick went into installation and home repairs.

    “I love my position at Long, I love helping customers with any home issues they have. I work on their homes as though they are my own. I do my very best to make my service calls a trustworthy and friendly experience.”

    Rick comes from a long line of service techs — “As soon as I graduated high school,” he exclaims, “I went straight to trade school!”  

    Rick is married and in his spare time he enjoys skating, bowling, playing VR and watching cheesy movies with his daughter, Angelina.
