Moving up: Key Long Home Products execs promoted
Published on Thursday January 12, 2017Big news — we’ve made several promotions to key Long Home Products executives.
Meet the people steering our company into a new and exciting year:
Dave Normandin, Long Home Products President
Dave, formerly our chief operating officer, is now our company president. He helped oversee tremendous company growth as our COO — gross annual sales have more than tripled over the past four years. A resident of Rockville, Maryland, Dave has 30 years of home improvement industry experience. He was the executive vice president for NEWPRO in Woburn, Mass. until 2011.
John Avramidis, Vice President of Production
John “Yanni” Avramidis is our new vice president of production. He joined our company in 2011 and was most recently the director of the roofing division. Yanni is a Master Shingle Applicator, a title he earned through roofing material manufacturer CertainTeed.
He and his family are residents of Severn, Md.
Mike Bell, Director of Operations
Mike is now our director of operations. He was previously installation manager and is now responsible for the overall flow of the work in all markets.
Mike oversees the entire customer service department, collecting customer feedback and ensuring client satisfaction. His job is to ensure a delightful experience for all customers. Mike and his family are at home in Halethorpe, Md.
Jeff Caron, Vice President of Sales
Jeff, formerly Long Home Products’s general sales manager, is now vice president of sales. He joined Long Home Products in 2016 after serving as director of sales for Next Step Living in Boston for three years.
Jeff spent 28 years at NEWPRO in Woburn, Mass., leaving as the vice president of sales. He currently resides in Rockville.
