Before making such a big purchase, we want to make sure that you really understand our process and how we will work with you on your home improvement project. We schedule a convenient, at-home appointment where a product specialist will walk you through every step. To ensure that everyone who will weigh in on the home improvement decision is in the same room at the same time, we require that every decision maker participates in our in-home consultation.
Once you decide to purchase your new roof with Long Home Products, you’ll get the red carpet treatment from our professional consultants and installers. A product specialist will give you a design consultation and a Long professional will come to take exact measurements and determine the scope of materials needed. Your products will then be custom-ordered to fit your home perfectly. Once the products are ready, our professional installers will make the installation process a breeze.
We’ll make sure all your valuables are protected from debris, and will leave your home as clean as we found it.
